We already had 2 off this syle of bed and needed another, and I'm regretting the purchase, there were incorrect poles supplied, the leg holes didn't line up and THERE WERE SHARP EDGES AROUND EVERY BADLY WELDED LEG LOCATION. With this product we got what we paid for.

random buyer
I bought the yellowstone 4 leg camp bed because it was inexpensive. I ordered the next day delivery, and it arrived by 4.30pm, not by 1. However, the product was well protected by the packaging and seems like a good buy for the money. It didn't come with any instructions on how to assemble it but i managed on my own...until it came to the legs. You really have to bend the metal to get both ends of the legs into the holes, maybe i'm just a weakling though?! The first time i got on the bed, a leg collapsed; so make sure you have the legs properly in before you get on it. After the first time, it took my weight fine but i will be careful getting on and off. Altogether, i am satisfied. I think the product is worth the money.

The other reviews are right when they say you need a practise run assembling them together. I bought 3 and only one was easy to put together. The others were a little stiff as they are a close fit and the painted surface hinders easy assembly. Once the main bars are put in and the leg holes are lined up with the canvas holes you need to put one side of the leg in, then to get the hole angle right, pull it down, then take it out and repeat the process from the opposite side before applying even pressure from the middle to insert. They are straight forward in design but need a little TLC in assembly. So a dry run is needed to save any aggro at the campsite. Beds are always a personal choice but once assembled these are more comfortable than a roll matt and a little firmer than an inflatable. I have had two comfortable nights on them and no complaints from the family.

On the face of it, both me and my wife were over the moon with the camp beds. They looked fine and the price was also great compared to everywhere else that i had shopped .
The problems started when we had put the beds together . We did this first of all in the house, as a test run . The beds are a little tight at first to put together and a little confusing , due to there being no instructions for assembly at all.
Once the beds were together, we then decided to try them out . We both Gingerly sat on the beds, which seemed fine . My wife is 8 stone and i am 12 stone . Everything was fine until my wife sat up to get off the bed . When she did this the end leg of the bed folded under the bed and buckled the end socket(hole) that the leg connected into. I have not had the time to return the bed, so we have just had to make do with the faulty one .

These were a total disaster, if you're in a hurry to put up these beds then you're in trouble. I had to do 3, one of which was useless as the legs wouldn't go in because the hole was damaged, so ended up sleeping on floor boards. Also both of the others collapsed during the night so I wouldn't recommend these at all. And one more thing they are too narrow even for kids to sleep on let alone adults. Save your self alot of bother and money and look elsewhere.
